A few weeks ago a fellow blogger shared on Facebook a delicious way to jazz up water. Supposedly the ingredients may help boost your metabolism and curb your appetite. I don't know if it's drinking more water or the ingredients that provide those benefits but apples and cinnamon are healthy. Both of my teenage kids and I agree it's a delicious change from regular water. Enjoy!
Combine the below ingredients together to taste:
1-2 cinnamon sticks
1-2 apple, thinly sliced. Choose your favorite variety.
1 pitcher of water
