Have you ever tried washing your face at night with a little bit of Milk of Magnesia?
This past week I met with a naturopathic doctor who also specializes in nutrition. My body lacks magnesium (explains the dark chocolate cravings) and by adding a little bit of the unflavored stuff in the blue bottle to my night time face wash it should help reduce minor rosacea and improve elasticity of the skin. Maybe it's time to bathe in it! She also suggested my teenagers give it a try to help with blemish flare-ups. I'll keep you posted of the results.
